Three services are provided by Bowen: Schematic Design, Project Inception, and Design Development. The price of three services is 18$/h due to UVA architecture studio policy.

Schematic
Design
18$/h
This is the first phase of architectural design. I will talk with you and determine the project requirements and goals, and then start with rough drawings to show the basic scale and forms you might desire. ​

Project
Inception
18$/h
When it comes to architecture, planning is essential. The success of any project, regardless of scale, depends on having a clear understanding of where things are going. I will create a thorough strategy for creating something visually striking.
Design
Development
18$/h
I will compile the findings from the schematic design stage and advance them in this phase. In this stage, the design is completed, and details like materials, window and door placements, and other structural components are specified. A more thorough site plan, floor plans, elevations, and section drawings with accurate dimensions are typically produced throughout design development.
